By accessing or using angelcheck.ai, you agree to these terms. AngelCheck is operated by Stilline LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the service is
AngelCheck provides free tools for angel investors and founders. No account or signup is required. The tools include:
Idea check (YC company similarity search)
AI-powered deal analysis and founder pitch feedback
Equity, SAFE, exit, and dilution calculators
Deal scorecard
Chrome extension for capturing page content for analysis
Pitch submission form for founders

AngelCheck is an educational and informational tool. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All investment decisions are your responsibility. Consult licensed professionals before making financial decisions.
Your responsibilities
You represent that you have legitimate access to any content you submit for analysis. Compliance with NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and other legal obligations related to that content is entirely your responsibility. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share.
Data and anonymization
Investment memos submitted for analysis are anonymized before AI processing. Company names, founder names, and identifying financial details are stripped. However, anonymization is not guaranteed to be perfect, and you remain responsible for what you submit.
Intellectual property
AngelCheck and its original content are owned by Stilline LLC. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing the service.
Limitation of liability
AngelCheck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Stilline LLC is not liable for investment decisions made based on information from the service, errors in AI-generated analysis, breaches of your confidentiality obligations, or any other damages arising from your use of the site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stilline LLC from claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or content you submit.
Third-party services
AngelCheck uses Anthropic (Claude) for AI analysis, OpenAI for search embeddings, Supabase for data storage, and PostHog for usage analytics. Your use of the service is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions.
Service availability
AngelCheck is currently free to use. We may change, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may introduce paid features or usage limits in the future.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
